Information for mobility impaired guests
The Messe und Congress Centrum is designed to be fully accessible. All halls are ground level and obstacle free and all entrances are easily reached. Furthermore, our service personnel are trained to help you. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Tickets for wheelchair access are available at the eventim hotline
Phone: +49 180-6570078 (0,14€/minute, mobile phone charges vary). They will be happy to advise you there.
Accompanying persons can sit in the immediate vicinity of the wheelchair seat.
It is possible to borrow a wheelchair. Please contact us in advance, T: 0251/6600-140 (info@mcc-halle-muensterland.de).
Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in sufficient numbers in the north and south car parks. The car park staff will be happy to direct you.
A sufficient number of wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available throughout the building.
The lifts in the Congress Centrum and the South Foyer are equipped for disabled access. During larger events there is always a first-aid service on the premises.
Information for hearing impaired guests
Große Halle, Congress Saal, Roter Saal und NEO:
Visitors, who are hard of hearing, can enjoy clear sound through Sennheiser MobileConnect. To do so, please register with Birgit Koch, Head of Marketing, at koch@mcc-halle-muensterland.de or by phone at +49 251-6600 140 at least three days before the event.

Information for visually impaired and blind guests
If you are arriving by public transport and require assistance please let us know in advance. We can make arrangements to pick you up from the bus or taxi stop and bring you to directly your seat. Register for this service at koch@mcc-halle-muensterland.de or by telephone on +43 251-6600 140.
