Whether your event is large of small - MCC Catering, our in-house caterer, is at your side from the planning stage right up to the actual event.

Your event will be planned by a team of experienced personnel. Starting with a detailed analysis of your needs, the team will prepare a professional and flexible plan for your catering needs (among other things) while taking into account safety considerations and ultimately providing you with comprehensive advice on culinary and decorative designs, individually tailored for your event.

Our chefs focus on fresh, regional and seasonal specialities but can also provide international meals upon request. Let us put together your individual culinary programme - from a classical buffet to table service and/or live cooking.
Oliver Skoluda has been managing the MCC Catering kitchen in a creative, sustainable and professional way since 2017. Offering a wide variety of dishes, and the right meal for every guest with regards to allergies/intolerances, dietary habits and above all taste is of particular importance to him. Oliver Skoluda is a food artist. He lectures at cooking schools and is a member of the "RawFood Award" jury!


Service
Our friendly and competent service staff are trained to look after you. It is their job to ensure your event will be enjoyable and unproblematic and of course to serve you our delicious food. Attentive but not pushy is their motto.
