Competent interface management
Today’s promise of "everything from a single source" requires, above all, precise and coordinated interfacing of all of the branches of event management. Whether the individual tasks are accomplished through our own service departments or with external partners and/or service providers - we guarantee you complete, competent and transparent management of your event. We are also prepared to take over the entire organization of the event (at our facilities) as well as provide ticketing services, either with our own systems or with external partners.

Together with our partner, Münster Marketing, as well as other partners of the Münster Congress Initiative, we can recommend supporting programmes to meet your needs as well as recommend suitable accommodations for your stay.
Münster Marketing can carry out a central contingent enquiry for you. Any guests who are book a hotel and/or accommodation through Münster Marketing will receive a free "Welcome! Ticket Münster "*. This provides the ticket holder: free travel on buses and trams throughout the entire Münster city area, free shuttles to and from the Münster/Osnabrück Airport, DB (train) tickets at special rates and cooperation with Lufthansa Group airlines.
