- Hot-spot portal for individual tickets with payment interfaces
- Individual WIFI configuration with customised WIFI SSID and access data is possible.
- Number of simultaneously active WIFI users depending on room/exhibition hall between 600 and 4,200 guests, or max. 39,500 guests on the entire grounds
- Free visitor WIFI for 3 hours, SSID "MCC".

Together with our partner, Münster Marketing, as well as other partners of the Münster Congress Initiative, we can recommend supporting programmes to meet your needs as well as recommend suitable accommodations for your stay.
MMünster Marketing can carry out a central contingent enquiry for you. Any guests who are book a hotel and/or accommodation through Münster Marketing will receive a free "Welcome! Ticket Münster "*. This provides the ticket holder: free travel on buses and trams throughout the entire Münster city area, free shuttles to and from the Münster/Osnabrück Airport, DB (train) tickets at special rates and cooperation with Lufthansa Group airlines.
* Prerequisite: event with a booking of at least one overnight stay via Münster Marketing (on request and subject to availability)
