  • Numerous measures ensure that you receive the best possible health protection at all stations during your visit. The Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland is in constant exchange with the public health department. Our approved framework concept for hygiene and infection protection is available there.
  • Prior registration is obligatory for all persons on our premises, including those involved in set-up and dismantling.

  • Visitors at events are registered as far as possible without contact. The necessary tracking of visitors is guaranteed.

  • With the Corona Warning App, everyone can help break infection chains faster.

  • Our staff, our event organisers and our service providers have been instructed in the current hygiene and infection control regulations. These are visibly displayed everywhere. The rules are regularly checked by our certified "hygiene officer for the event industry".
  • You will find dispensers with disinfectants installed in a clearly visible position in all areas of the event site.

  • Door handles, handrails on staircases and frequently used surfaces are cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals. This also applies to the sanitary facilities.

  • Entrances, halls and conference rooms are permanently ventilated by means of our state-of-the-art ventilation systems.

  • The gastronomy areas comply with all legal requirements.

  • There is sufficient space on our exhibition grounds and in the halls to ensure the minimum distance of 1.50 m. Should area enlargements be necessary for this purpose, these will be created.
  • Entrances and exits are separated from each other in all areas of the site as far as possible.

  • The aisle widths in the halls are enlarged. Additional open spaces are created at highly frequented points. With distance markings, signs and routing, we help you to move around safely.

When entering the entire event site (starting from the outdoor waiting areas), it is obligatory to wear a textile mouth-nose covering (MNB) (§2 Corona Protection Ordinance). This applies to visitors, exhibitors, service providers and the organiser's staff. Details can be found here.

Be safe and stay healthy. We look forward to you!
